Sheridan's Sunshine Foundation awards three annual scholarships in Sheridan's memory. Two Scholarships at Navajo High School where Sheridan attended school, and one at "Off the Wall" Dance Studio where Sheridan was a Competative Dance Student.
These Scholarships will help others further their education and are the foundation's way of giving back to Sheridan's school and dance studio, both of which were big parts of her life.
The Sheridan Bautista Navajo Scholarship
The Foundation established this scholarship in Sheridan's name to recognize two Navajo Seniors for thier academic excellence and also to recognize character attributes that Sheridan herself exhibited on a regular basis. These attributes are Courage, Integrity and Compassion. These scholarships will be awarded at Navajo School each year.
